XyZ Android apps â€" are they free?
I download some apps like notes (widget), finger cutter (game) etc. from Android Market. I used wifi connected to my house Internet (we always pay the same price no matter how much we use it) and connected my phone with the cable to my computer with internet share. So, can I use them for free if I am not connected to any computer with cable or Wifi?

Once they are on your phone they are yours, anything trying to charge you extra should tell you.
