The Sioux Falls Stampede announced today they have launched a brand new mobile application for the iPhone and Android. The Stampede are the first sports organization in Sioux Falls to launch their own app.
The Herd have teamed up with IMED Consulting in Sioux Falls to create the app which will bring fans closer than ever to their favorite team right from their phone.
The FREE app features 14 different sections, including news, events, photos and push-notifications. Push notifications will alert you on any breaking Stampede news as well as game reminders and post-game score alerts.
Navigation through the app will also bring you directly to the Stampedeâs mobile website as well as Facebook and, coming soon, a brand new Twitter feed.
To acquire the free app, users can download if for free in the app store for iPhone users or the Droid Market for android phones.Â
The Stampede are the second USHL team this season to launch of mobile application as the Waterloo Black Hawks have also made a mobile app available for users earlier this season.
