Free Apps Daily: Pocket Calendar, Printability, Dandelion, And More

Today’s iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch free apps daily include a calendar app, printing utility, photo effects app, and interactive storybook. A number of apps drop from paid to free on a daily basis*, and we pick the top four everyday, as many of the others aren’t worth your time even for free. Everyday we try to pick apps that are worth spending money on, but are now free to download, and here they are.

Pocket Calendar - Easy OrganizerPocket Calendar ($1.99 -> Free, iPhone) [1] : A calendar app that makes adding events easy with a sliding scale to input the proper time and duration of events. You can also apply colors to your events to make them easy to spot in both month and list view. Everything is designed to make it easy to organize your schedule on your iPhone.

Printability - print Safari page to PDFPrintability ($1.99 -> Free, Universal) [2] : A focused utility app that lets you print any webpage in Safari straight to PDF to then be sent on to your computer, a colleague, or a printer. The app uses iOS 8 extensions to let you access printability right from the share sheet menu in Safari, and you can preview and make adjustments before printing.

DandelionDandelion ($1.99 -> Free, Universal) [3] : An interactive storybook that covers the topic of bullying. The story focuses on one particular type of bullying, although it comes in multiple forms. Each page gets your imagination flow to interact your way forward through the original story.

Analog FilmAnalog Film ($2.99 -> Free, Universal) [4] : A photo effects app that provides film style filters. There are over 400 presets included, and all of the preset filters are shown with a live preview. The app also includes editing tools, and sharing options.
