Three Useful Walt Disney World Apps for the iPhone | Lostboyfan Productions

I thought I would post about 3 useful iPhone apps that you could use while you are at Walt Disney World. I have read a few of them and have picked 3 of them that I thought would good for you all to try  Why am I posting about iPhone apps you might be asking? Well since its going be awhile until new videos come out. I thought I would post about something that people can use while they are at Walt Disney World.

iPhone App #1 â€" Walt Disney World Maps Box Set

The bestselling Walt Disney World Maps app ($2.99, UPinPoint LLC) contains full-size maps for the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and other Disney theme parks in Orlando. For each map, you can search for individual rides or attractions and prioritize your must-visit list. You can also locate your position on the map using the iPhone’s GPS, but some users report that this feature is a little slow.

iPhone App #2 -Disney World Dining

Trying to decide where to eat at Disney World? The popular Disney World Dining app ($1.99, VersaEdge Software LLC) includes full menus for all 160 restaurants, making it easy to determine which restaurants to visit and which to skip. The Disney World Dining iPhone app will also locate the restaurants closest to your location, in addition to one-touch dialing for the Disney dining reservations number.

iPhone App #3 â€" Disney World Wait Times Free

There are a number of Disney World wait-time apps, but most are only as good as the people who use them since they rely on user-generated content. A free app is usually your best bet in this category, as more people are likely to download and use it. Since it’s free, the Disney World Wait Times app (Free, VersaEdge Software) contains ads; you can upgrade to a paid version if that bothers you.

I have only tried the third one since it is free and I didn’t feel like paying for the other two. Each description for the app was from About.com however I will tell you what I think of iPhone app #3. Read below to hear my thoughts on it.

I would have to say that it is a good free app to use. While there are adds on it they not that big so its easy to just ignore them. While I am not at the parks right now so its hard to tell if this thing is accurate or not. I can only assume that it is. When I go to Disneyland I will try the one for that and let you all know if its accurate or not.

Next blog post I will post about the 3 Disneyland ones that think for be helpful for people here on Lostboyfan.
