Camera+ adds new filter pack, full-resolution burst mode shooting

Anyone who has tried their hand at iPhoneography no doubt has downloaded Camera+ [1] from TapTapTap. The great camera alternative is that much better thanks to a new update that adds some features like burst mode that are available in the iOS 7 camera app.

TapTapTap announced on its blog [2] that it updated Camera+ today to version 4.2. This latest revision is a free update to current customers and brings some new filters and an improved burst mode to the popular camera app. The filters are standard fare and mimic the bundle of filters that ship with Apple’s new camera app in iOS 7. There’s also a new burst mode option that allows you to shoot full-resolution burst shots on devices with the horsepower to handle that rapid-fire shooting. This high-res burst-mode is available on the iPhone 5, iPhone 5s, and the iPhone 5c.

You can download and check out version 4.2 of Camera+ [3] in the iOS App Store. The app costs $1.99 with 99-cent in-app purchases if you wan to add a few extra FX packs.
