Go Cheese free iPhone app review

Go Cheese : 4 Out of 5

Do you love cheese and mice? Enjoy mazes on the go? Perhaps you’ll also fall in love with cute little Maxwell Mouse! Unfortunately Maxwell has been taken captive by an evil scientist, Dr. Noodlestrom, but perhaps you can help him escape. The doctor has left the lab with just minutes before his return will you be able to help him escape to freedom? There’s cheese everywhere and you know how mice love cheese. While it’s not possible to collect it all before the clock dwindles down, how much can he eat and still escape the mazes of the lab? You shouldn’t go overboard because the more you eat the harder it becomes to move.

This game offers two modes; Single and Two-player. I enjoy single player mode but you’re free to connect with friends and strangers via the Gamecenter. Here you can challenge others and see how’s the fasted maze traveler. Earn your bragging rights and build up your profile by being the first to make it out without getting caught by Dr. Noodlestrom.

The game features amazing 3D graphics and three different maze types. The game becomes harder the more you progress and it also offers more cheese to collect along the way. If you’re not into playing with just Maxwell then the more you play the more animals you can unlock. Gain access to nine different critters such as a rat, hamster and a hedgehog.

Unlike with some other maze games out there you won’t get tired of this one since every time you play a new maze layout is generated. This will keep you interested for hours to come and even if you don’t beat the level the first time around, you still might not have a chance the second! There’s no memorization of maze layouts here!

There are a few things that really caught my attention with this one which put it at the top of my list for one of the best iPhone apps. The concept is cute and who doesn’t want to help out a poor little mouse? Besides just that the graphics are cool, and a little simple, but they’re enough to keep me interested and coming back. The fact that you aren’t playing the exact same maze layout each and every time makes it much better than some of the others on the market with similar styles and objectives. I have played quite a few maze games that I could easily memorize after a few fails.

It’s also great fun for the entire family! Your little ones will love this and so will the adults. The gameplay is simple and easy to follow and it doesn’t take too much practice to get the hang of it. There’s no lengthy tutorial here!

If you love maze games and aren’t afraid of a little furry critter than this one is definitely for you! Your little ones will love it so much you may just lose your iPhone and iPad privileges but make sure you’re not keeping this one under wraps!
