Designed to work across iPad, iPhone, desktop and Android devices, it gives a detailed list of exhibitors’ contact details with web links and company information, and an exhibition floor plan. It will download to most smartphones (but not Blackberry) or tablets and also functions offline.
A zoomable show plan allows users to look around their current location and helps them navigate through the halls.
The app also encourages visitors to tweet their views on the show using the hashtag ‘#CVShow’.
The exhibitors listing can be searched by product category or exhibitor name, and a touch of the screen shows where in the four halls the stand is located.
