At The Find, we really love when artist experiment with hip hop and take it in uncoventional directions. For that reason, one of our favourite artists is Canadian rapper/producer Emay. His latest instrumental release comes via the good people at Potholes Music [1] , and is heavily focused on flipping samples from indie rock outfit Ramona Falls [2] .

Over his many releases, Emay’s sound has evolved and remained thoroughly unique. He blends hip hop with indie rock, making a fusion that stays true to both art forms while pushing the boundaries of each. This is a taste of musical evolution.
