You download the app, snap a shot of a home you are curious about, and you learn what it was sold for and the value. There are 90 million homes in the application’s database and it integrates real time inventory from the Multiple Listing Service. If a home is currently for sale, you can see interior photos and even a showing schedule! I’m not sure how this will work for NYC apartments but I’m downloading it right now to find out!
