Cydia developers seem to be very active after the release of the iOS 8.1.3 â" iOS 8.4 jailbreak as we saw the release of 21 new jailbreak tweaks.
The newly released tweaks  range from extending the battery life on your iOS 8 device to bringing new features to the Cydia app.

ColorPass (Free): lets you change the color of the passcode keys.

Fortune (Free): a feature-rich 4chan client for iOS.
Handoff4s (Free):Â enables the Continuity feature on older iOS devices.
iLostFinder Anti-Theft Pro ($9.99): lets you find your lost or stolen phone by automatically taking photo of the thief and emailing it to you.
Light Bright ($1.50): change the screen brightness using a combination of Home and volume buttons.
Minimal Camera 2 (Free): lets you hide the individual elements of the Camera app.

MusicRotate (Free): enables rotation in the Music app in iOS 8.4.
NoMusicRotate (Free): disables rotation in the Music app.
NoSiriEmergency (Free): disallows Siri to automatically make emergency calls.
