Googleâs brand new Photos app is now available to download for iPhone and iPad, in addition to being available on the web, letting you back up all of your photos with at no cost.
Earlier today at Google I/O 2015 [1] , Google introduced their revamped photos service [2] , which offers users unlimited storage at no cost. Of course there are some limits, like max of 1080P video and 16MP still images. This service has been built from the ground up to ensure maximum security of your most precious images. Google Photos does not store your images locally on your device, but from the overall experience you would nev er know otherwise.
The app offers automatic image backup from smartphones, computers, and memory cards. Once images are uploaded they will then be organized and easily searchable. Users will be able to easily navigate photos from yesterday, last month, or last year with a few simple swipes on the screen. Check out the all new Google Photos app on your iPhone or iPad [3] , and on the web [4] now.
