Today’s iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch free apps daily include a physics puzzle game, tower defense game, photo filters app, and postcard app. A number of apps drop from paid to free on a daily basis*, and we pick the top four everyday, as many of the others aren’t worth your time even for free. Everyday we try to pick apps that are worth spending money on, but are now free to download, and here they are.

Angry Birds Seasons ($0.99 -> Free, iPhone) [1] : A great addition to the Angry Birds family that always appeals to the mood relating to different holidays and seasons. The game has been updated tons of times too, and now there are over 300 levels to play across 12 different themes. The most recent update introduced Ham Dunk with an NBA All Star theme.
Angry Birds Seasons HD ($1.99 -> Free, iPad) [2] : The iPad version.
Bloons TD 5 ($2.99 -> Free, iPhone) [4] : Another in the Bloons series of tower defense games. You need to fend off waves of Bloons across 40 different tracks with 21 types of towers at your disposal, and ten special agents to activate. There are also new types of Bloon enemies, as well as over 250 different random missions with three unique game modes.
Shift ($0.99 -> Free, iPhone) [6] : A photo filters app that changes it up by letting you design your own filters, rather than just giving you a collection of pre-made filters. The lets you choose from a near endless combination of textures, colors, and blends to create your own effects. You can also shift the dials for color, and intensity, and save any filter you create for use later on.
Postale ($1.99 -> Free, Universal) [8] : A postcard app that lets you share your travel experiences. You can create postcards with your own photos, message, and location with multiple themes and layouts to choose from. The cards are beautifully designed with all of the personalization including 29 different stamps.
