Apple and U2 are joined by Magik Dayze with a free digital music download

“We’ve been big fans of the iphone and U2 and wanted to back them up on their decision to offer a free download to promote the iphone 6,” said Magik Dayze bass player Michael DiMattio. “When I told Doug Bonnell, our drummer, about the free download all he could say was ‘cool beans!!!’”

“We want to thank our fans for all the support for these many years with this free music. We couldn’t have come this far without them,” said Charles Thaxton, keyboardist with the band.

“We stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Tim Cook and Bono on this. I say right on, and don’t delete our free download,” said singer and guitarist Robin Evans.
