The free HE.NET Network Tools mobile app is available for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices. The app brings a range of networking tools to mobile devices in a single app, and may be downloaded by going to Apple's AppStore [3] and Google Play [4] and searching for “he.net network tools,†or by going to http://networktools.he.net [5] . The phone app contains a variety of functions, enabling users to gather and view data about their device's current network state or a server's DNS zone record, find the route packets take to reach their destination, and get information regarding domain registration, among other tasks.
