Wikipanion's iPhone And iPad Apps Get Flat, Minimalistic iOS 7 Redesigns -- AppAdvice

Apple’s iOS 7 launched earlier this week , and since then countless iOS apps have received redesigns bringing them in line with the minimalistic operating system. Some of the latest applications to have been updated in this way are Wikipanion’s offerings , which include free and premium apps for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

Indeed, Wikipanion [1] , Wikipanion for iPad [2] , Wikipanion Plus [3] , and Wikipanion Plus for iPad [4]  have all received iOS 7-inspired makeovers adding a flat design to the iPhone and iPad apps.

Wikipanion Plus.

Developer Robert Chin [5] , however, notes that all four of his Wikipanion applications will continue to support iOS 4.3.5, iOS 5.1.1, and iOS 6.1.3 (and iOS 6.1.4), in case iDevice users are planning on avoiding Apple’s brighter, more colorful iOS 7.

Besides the above, important bug fixes have also been made in the latest versions of the apps.

Wikipanion [6]  and Wikipanion for iPad [7]  are available to download free of charge, while Wikipanion Plus [8]  and Wikipanion Plus for iPad [9]  can be downloaded for $4.99 each.
