Paul Mitchell the School in Cincinnati will be participation in the nationwide Free Hugs Day. Author and psychotherapist Virginia Satir once said we need four hugs a day for survival, eight hugs a day for maintenance and 12 hugs a day for growth, so why not reach your daily hugs quota with a little help from the Paul Mitchell School!
Free Hugs Day will take place September 24 and is the fifth annual Free Hugs Day at the school. There are more than 16,000 future professionals from 100 Paul Mitchell cosmetology schools that are expected to partake in the day and spread a little love.
Youâll find students dressed in their signature black outfits carrying handmade âFree Hugsâ signs. The future professionals can be found at the University of Cincinnati at 2 p.m. and at the Voice of America at 6 p.m., so be sure to get out there and snag a hug!
