iOS 7 Breaks iOS 6 Download Record in First 72 Hours

ios 7On Sept. 18, Apple released an update to its mobile operating software that has completely redesigned how your iOS device looks. Today, the company announced that iOS 7 has surpassed its predecessor to become the fastest software upgrade in history.

In addition to selling more than nine million new iPhones in the first weekend of the launch of the 5s and 5c models, Apple is boasting more than 200 million downloads of iOS 7. If you downloaded the new mobile operating system on Sept. 18, you will wont be surprised to know that so many users were doing the same thing.

Upating to iOS 7 was nothing less than a hassle with problems connecting to update, plus issues actually downloading and installing the software.

Apple’s new iOS 7 is the most significant update since the original iPhone launched. There are hundreds of new features, including Control Center, Notification Center, improved Multitasking, AirDrop, enhanced Photos, Safari, Siri, and iTunes Radio.

If you are feeling overwhelmed by all of the changes in iOS 7, you can join a workshop [1]  at your local Apple retail store, or just wait for the how-to guides to roll in. We’ll get you back on track.
