Did you catch the Apple keynote [1] yesterday? Among the big announcements of two new iPhones and iOS 7, Tim Cook managed to slip in an exciting extra. iWork, iMovie, and iPhoto are now free with any new iOS device!
Apparently when you set up a new iOS device, you’ll be given a screen to download the iWork apps, iPhoto, and iMovie. Downloads of Pages, Numbers, and Keynote are currently available for $9.99, while iPhoto and iMovie go for $4.99.
Not a bad little extra, Apple!
