For many of us, summer is quickly winding down, but the minions from Despictable Me are clearly still enjoying themselves. The latest update to Gameloft's Despicable Me: Minion Rush includes a bunch of summer-themed content, including a new beach level and surfer, snorkeler, dancer, and vacationer costumes. There are a few performance improvements plus content additions across all levels in the update too.
If you haven't tried it out, Despicable Me: Minion Rush is an adorable endless runner featuring the hapless sidekicks from the popular movie. Players collect coins, dodge obstacles, upgrade power-ups, and get new costumes. The odd mini-game mixes up the traditional endless runner formula in some unexpected ways. Anyway, if you're somewhere that's becoming colder by the day like me, get this update and cling in vain to the memory of summer for just a little while longer.
