If you like playing games and downloading apps on your iOS device, this is the time to do it without shelling out any cash. Some of the best apps and games for iOS have just reduced their price to zero but for a limited time only. Â
Initially, there was no information on why the price of popular apps was dropped to zero. Apple has come out and confirmed that it is a part of the celebration of the fifth year anniversary of Apple app store.
The list of apps that are available for free is mouth-watering. A lot of these apps are priced a bit on the steep side normally. This is a great opportunity to get your hands on these apps.
Amongst the games, many of them have repeatedly won awards in their respective categories. On offer is Tiny Wings, Infinity Blade II and Superbrothers: Sorcery and Sword EP, Badland and Where's My Water?. Tiny Wings was the iPhone app of the year in 2011. Infinity Blade II was the first iPhone game to receive a perfect 10/10 by IGN. Superbrothers: Sorcery and Sword EP also received great reviews and was praised for its distinct visuals.
