For the record, the full title of this app is Toddler Marine Preschool - Educational Fish Games for Kids. The three free games, which can be set to toddler, preschooler and kindergartener levels, are counting, touch the largest/smallest and solve the puzzle (drag and drop to the right outline.) 

There are three more games to buy in-app for $2.99 but what's free is definitely worth the download. 

The tremendously cool thing about this app is that kids get sea life rewards to place into their own nicely-animated fish tank.
