A. The iPhone has wifi - use it - especially when streaming youtube or any other videos. The phone will not download any app or app upgrade more than 20mb using 3g. It will instruct you to connect to a wifi network. Youtube can use up to 100mb/hour.

A. Click on it so it will pause then turn off the phone and turn it back on. If that doesn't work, just let it download then delete it
