AppCake is an Installous alternative. It mostly works the same way as Installous did, AppCake allows you to download applications for free on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Unlike other Installous alternatives such as Vshare; you do not have to download AppCake from a website, it can directly be downloaded on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch from Cydia repo.

Install AppCake
SETP 1: To Install AppCake for your iOS device you will need a jailbroken iDevice. So jailbreak it now.
STEP 2: Once jailbroken add the following repo by going to Manage > Sources > Edit
http://cydia.iphonecake.com
STEP 3: Once you have added the repo, tap on it and search for AppCake.
STEP 4: For iPhone and iPod touch users add AppCake or AppCake+. For iPad users add AppCake HD.
STEP 5: Once you have installed AppCake, reboot your iDevice.
That’s it folks. AppCake should now appear on your springboard. Tap on the AppCake icon and you are good to go on downloading applications for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch for free!
