With photo-realistic graphics and animation, every object in Blackjack by iAppStreet is as elegant and luxurious as those found in the finest casinos. At the start of each game, players must choose American or European rules. European rules offer the player slightly better odds, because Blackjack pays 3:2, and the dealer must stand when he reaches 17 (hard or soft â" including an Ace or not). In comparison, American rules dictate Blackjack pays 3:2, but the dealer must hit (take another card) when he shows a soft 17 (an initial hand of Ace and Six). Under both rules, the dealer never doubles, splits, or surrenders.
In addition to American or European rules, players can choose from 5 different tables: 2 decks with a $100 minimum, 4 decks with a $1,000 minimum, 6 decks with a $10,000 minimum, 8 decks with a $100,000 minimum, and 10 decks with a $1,000,000 minimum. New players start with $25,000 in chips and begin at the first table. Players can win chips, earn free chips by sharing their scores on Facebook and Twitter, or to play and feel like a high roller, they can buy one of the eight available chip packs to get chips worth as much as 1 Billion dollars (chip packs are available as an in-app purchase.)
Seamless integration with Appleâs Game Center lists players in order of the greatest amount won in a single hand, and 3 Leaderboards, 29 Achievements, and Challenges from friends. There are also 12 Blackjack titles to be won, from the Apprentice to The Blackjack King. The gameâs scrupulous attention to detail and realism makes it the perfect choice for casual fun or study and practice for the next visit to the casino.
âBlackjack, or 21, the favorite card game found in casinos around the world, can now be experienced right on your iPhone, iPod touch and iPad,â commented Saumya Mittal of App Street Software. âImpeccably designed and intuitive, this one is sure to make you go âWow!ââ
