If you’re a fan of animated DreamWorks feature films such as the Madagascar, Shrek or Kung Fu Panda series, Ape Entertainment has released a free, universal iOS app that brings those characters to life in a whole new way.
Ape Entertainment in association with iVerse Media has announced the release of DreamWorks Comics [1] , a new universal iOS app offering 40 pages of free content including previews, prequels, short stories and more from Kung Fu Panda, Megamind, The Penguins of Madagascar, Puss In Boots and Shrek comics.
Free to download, the DreamWorks Animation Comics app brings DreamWorks’ favorite characters and stories together for iPad and iPhone users to enjoy in a simple to use and beautifully designed app.
DreamWorks Comics also features sound effects and unique animations that help bring the stories to life, with most individual comics available for .99 each via in-app purchase.
The free DreamWorks Comics [2] app currently features Madagascar 3, which debuts in theatres across the country next week. The 13MB app can be downloaded now from the App Store and is compatible with all devices running iOS 4.0 or later.
