I used to use a program called “Videora iPod converter”, but I’m not 100% sure if that is still a viable option. Now I just download my movies in mp4 format through torrents. A great link to use is http://thepiratebay.org/user/HolyRoses/ he will convert anything you would like if you post a comment under an existing movie. Hope this helps you.
