There are people which like to count their working hours and know, each moment, how much money they have earned. Also, there are some which like knowing they are not cheated by their employee. Therefore, if you have an iPhone and you will install the SalaryBook application, tracking your period of work will be much easier. Of course, beside tracking how much time you have worked, the application will be able to display, also, how much you have earned. Other features are available, and we shall describe them here.
When setting up SalaryBook, you need to input your salary. In order to do that, you need to access the Settings menu, then you should go to the Work Template. Here you will have to setup how many working days you have to accomplish, how many working hours will contain a day and, of course, which is the period of time when you are not paid. The section of SalaryBook which displays earning related information is called Dashboard. Here you, also, have different displaying options. You will see your hourly, daily, monthly and even yearly earnings.
In the Calendar section from SalaryBook you will be able to see exactly how much have you earned in a particular date. Also, this is the place in which you will be able to add earnings coming from different other sources, in each working day.
SalaryBook is an application which can put into some graphics your earnings. they are customized depending on the period of time you have selected. Other interesting option is that you can add a password to this application, so your earning should remain hidden from the eyes of some strangers which could use your iPhone. The password protection setting is being done in the “settings†tab.
SalaryBook application for iPhone does not keep it records for itself. Don’t worry, your earnings will not be exposed (then it wouldn’t be necessary adding a password, as described in the above mentioned paragraph), but they will be accessible wherever you are. That’s because this app has the option to send its reports via e-mail or to sync them with Dropbox.
