That means that the final image will be the same gender as the person in the primary photo. If the user is curious about what might result if the offspring was of the opposite gender, a single button swaps the primary and secondary photos and re-morphs the image. Beyond allowing the user to determine the sex of the couple's offspring, the app also includes a continuously variable slider that controls the degree of influence of the main face on the final result. Users can select any value between 50% and 100% to achieve a greater resemblance to one parent than another.
