You will have to jailbreak your iPhone in order to install any apps that are not to be installed via the normal way (via iTunes).
eng viet dicEng-Viet and Viet-English dictionary for iPhone, few more words to add….
Jailbreak the iPhone and install cydia, then use iTunes to sync it by adding the apps (.ipa) above to library. you have to uncheck the box so that you sync the music/video/apps from iPhone to iTunes manually.
If when you sync, the iTunes has message saying that the application cant be verified, then you need to do this:
1/ Go to Cydia select Manage–>Sources and Edit then add vnmagic.net/cydia/
2/ back to Cydia then select Section –> VNM-tool select mobile installation patch install.
3/ Go to iTunes down load 1 free application, then sync that app to your iPhone.
4/ now, add the rest of the .ipa apps you have to library then sync all. It should work now.
You still can buy anything on iTunes and install/sync as usual.
there are some more app in here….(mostly junk apps) but one good is bejewed2

To download a free app from iTunes, you just bring up iTunes, then click on the iTunes Store on the left, and search for a free app (app that doesnt cost anything) from the Apple App Store. You can try the eBay mobile app; its free. Then click on the app and download. iTunes will display a message asking you to confirm the purchase. Since the app is free, it will not cost you anything.
