Nuance introduces Dragon Go! application for iPhone and iPod touch
Jul 15, 2011 (TELECOMWORLDWIRE via COMTEX) -- Speech and imaging solutions provider Nuance Communications Inc NUAN announced on Thursday Dragon Go!, a free application for iPhone and iPod touch.
According to the company, with Dragon Go! users need to speak a query and the app automatically determines and then delivers the best content destinations via the newly optimised Dragon Carousel. The app puts the most relevant pages front and centre, while additional content from related providers is accessible on the Carousel with just a flick of the finger.
Dynamic results are provided centre and to the right, while additional results from Google, Bing or Yahoo!, Wikipedia, Twitter and YouTube are available to the left.
The app combines Nuance's Dragon voice recognition technology with natural language understanding, analytical tools and elements of artificial intelligence.
