The Repository now has an iPad [1] app for our readers who prefer a digital experience. The app is available at Apple’s iTunes store [2] and will remain free for an introductory period of a few months.
The iPad app joins CantonRep.com and mobile apps [3] for iPhone, Android and BlackBerry phones.
If you don’t have a tablet computer or haven’t caught the digital wave, then you don’t care about our new iPad app. I’ll bet, though, that many of you will before long. Apple sold a reported 32 million iPads in the past year. Tablet computers, of which the iPad is the leading seller, are transforming how we use computers and consume digital media.
You may, of course, view and read CantonRep.com [4] from y6our iPad. Our new app is designed especially for the iPad and should deliver a superior user experience.
