LastPass updated with Apple Watch support for easier password management

Recently, a popular password management app, 1Password, was updated to support the Apple Watch . Now, another one of the more popular management apps has received its own update.

LastPass has been updated to version 3.1.9, and with it added support for the Apple Watch. With support for the wearable, LastPass users will be able to find the passwords they have saved within the app right on their wrist, without having to pull their phone out of their pocket.

On top of that, the update also includes alterations to the Vault menu, along with the view/edit screens to improve usability. The developers also fixed a bug that caused some apps to prompt for a Touch ID input twice upon log-in, plus more. Here’s the full rundown:


    • Introducing LastPass for Apple Watch! All your passwords, conveniently on hand when you need them.
    • Usability enhancements to the Vault menu and view and edit screens.
    • Fixed bug that could cause Touch ID to prompt twice at launch and make the app unresponsive.
    • Fixed crashes that occur on iOS 5.1 on the lock screen and on Settings.
