Can I download ringtones onto my iphone 4 without downloading itunes on it?

I just recently got an iphone 4 and I i wondering can i download ringtones off of cellsea or use my sd card to get ringtones instead of having to buy it off itunes ? I know i’m a late bloomer but i just want to know.
