Have some time to kill, wanna read a good book on the go, have an iPhone? Well here is something that might help you. I made a nice selection of some of the best free iPhone book apps available in the store.

You can use these apps to read books on your iPhone but also download a bunch of free books on iPhone. I use them mostly on my iPad since the screen size of the iPhone is quite small.

No matter where you want to use them these are useful apps to have and I recommend them to any iTouch user.

If you are a comic lover,this is a great app! Lot’s of FREE comics to choose from,also the pages are easily accessible. They also have a sale section where you can buy many great comics for half off! This is GREAT app for comic lovers. I highly recommend this app.

I got my Marvel comic subscription thinking I can use it on my iPad but no. I can only read it on my computer…really??? Update that fix soon!!! Would be 5 stars but no…nice try but keep trying.

Update removes "Get eBooks" button . . . just as other e-reader apps (Kindle, Nook, etc) have been doing with their latest updates.

I love the Goodreads site because it is a great place to network. I am in a fairly active club and would love to be able to keep up with them on my iPhone. Without that option, this app is pretty useless for me.

     

Love, just hate the crashes (by rottinawayxP)

I love this app it works wonders for when I am out at the store. If I see a book I want to read all I have to do is just scan the barcode to save it in shelf so I can remember to buy it next time/or order it. Only problem I have is that sometimes when I try to read a certain book it always crashes. Please try to fix the problem with the crashing. Other wise I have no problems with it.
